Increasing supportive behavior for organizational change in SOE equitization: Role of individual readiness for change

This report refers to the impact of individual readiness for organizational change in the context of equitization in Vietnamese state-owned enterprises (SOEs). Equitizations often lead to major changes in organizations, and then, these changes will affect employees, both positive and negative aspect.
