Investigation of some culture conditions and nutritional sources affecting the biosynthesis of fibrinolytic enzyme of Bacillus sp. ES4

Bacillus sp. can biosynthesize fibrinolytic enzymes. Culture conditions and nutrient sources are important factors affecting microbial growth and production of the Fibrinolytic enzyme. This result is the basis for improving the enzyme activity of Bacillus sp. ES4.
