Labor productivity of Vietnam in ASEAN economic community: Situation and implementation policy

The paper use secondary data from international organization to show current situation of Vietnam’s labor productivity. Then, the article shows their limitation and their cause and finally give some policy implications toward improvement labor productivity of Vietnam.
