Management of pod borer (Helicoverpa armigera Hubner) infesting marigold (Tagetes erecta)

Novaluron, carbosulfan, imidachloprid, bifentrhin, methyl-o-demeton, chlorpyriphos dust, neem oil, propargite and thiamethoxam were evaluated against the field populations of pod borer (Helicoverpa armigera) infesting marigold (Tagetes erecta) during 2014 and 2015 at the Research Farm, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Jammu, India.
