Metagenomic analysis of bacterial diversity on tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) leaves

In this way, an increased knowledge of the ecology of bacterial communities associated to tomato plants will contribute to identify potential candidates for biologic control of tomato diseases and plant growth promotion. Therefore, the present study was aimed to assess the bacterial diversity of tomato leaves by metagenomic analysis.
