Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus-associated diarrhea in a critically ill burn patient

In this paper, we present a case of enterocolitis caused by MRSA following antibiotic treatment for a patient with necrotizing multilobar pneumonia and 60% total burn surface area (TBSA).
