Microbiological profile of external ocular infections in a tertiary care hospital in South India

The aim of this study is to identify the dominant bacterial pathogen common to external ocular infections, and to assess the in vitro drug susceptibility patterns of these isolates to commonly prescribed antibiotics among patients with external ocular infections.
