Multiplayer ferroelectric ceramic capacitors applied for power passive components integration

This paper focuses on design and realization of ferroelectric ceramic capacitors devoted to power passive components integration. The electrical properties of the integrated capacitors fabricated by screen printing technique are presented, discussed and the ways of improvements are given.
