New paradigm for cross border e commerce: Implications to Korea and Vietnam trade and investment

This paper suggests new hypotheses for CBEC with changing paradigms. The CBEC can be applied not only to commodity trades but also to international services like international investment. International entrepreneurship and bilateral human resource development are among the most important factors for successful cross border e-commerce. Some discussions have been made for possible cross border e-commerce between Vietnam and Korea.
