Patient satisfaction with outpatient healthcare services at Lac Son Health Center of Hoa Binh province in 2024

This study aims to evaluate patient satisfaction with healthcare services at the outpatient department of Lac Son Health Center in Hoa Binh Province in 2024. A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted involving 310 patients who visited the outpatient department at Lac Son Health Center.
