Prenatal diagnosis of congenital megalourethra with imperforate anus

Congenital megalourethra is a rare prenatal finding while prenatal diagnosis of imperforate anus poses high challenge. This is the first prenatally ultrasound diagnosed case which had congenital megalourethra and imperforate anus.
