Research on production of instant tea using Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. to support nourishing brain and activating blood circulation on heart function

This study has demonstrated the presence of two compounds Genipin and Geniposide in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.) collected in Thanh Luong commune, Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An province using the 1 H-NMR and 13C-NMR.
