Rolipram plays an anti-fibrotic effect in ligamentum favum fbroblasts by inhibiting the activation of ERK1/2

Fibrosis is an important factor and process of ligamentum favum hypertrophy. The expression of phosphodiesterase family (PDE) is related to inflammation and fibrosis. This article studied the expression of PDE in hypertrophic ligamentum favum fibroblasts and investigated whether inhibition of PDE4 activity can play an antifibrotic effect.
