RP-HPLC method for determination of Organophosphate and synthetic pyrethroids insecticides

A modified QuEChERS method for simultaneous detection of monocrotophos, deltamethrin, phosphamidon and dichlorovos insecticides in cabbage and cauliflower samples was developed. The detection was accomplished with the use of reverse phase high performance chromatograph (RP-HPLC) coupled with C18 column with UV-VIS detection system. The method employs the primary secondary amine (PSA) sorbent and activated charcoals were used for extraction and clean-up process.
