Secoiridoid glucosides from the leaves of Ligustrum sinense

Ligustrum sinense L. is a common shadetolerant evergreen shrub with an expansive non-native global range found invading riparian forests throughout the southeastern United States. This research reported the isolation and structure elucidation of five secoiridoid glucosides from the methanol extract of the leaves of L. sinense species.
