Several perspectives on parties with relevant rights and obligations in Civil Enforcement Proceedings

This article will present three main topics: (i) current legal provisions regarding individuals with related rights and obligations in civil enforcement proceedings; (ii) some practical challenges in civil enforcement proceedings regarding the regulation of individuals with related rights and obligations; (iii) proposing some solutions to amend and supplement the provisions regarding individuals with related rights and obligations in civil enforcement proceedings to contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of civil enforcement activities in the future.
