Some solutions to strengthen the equitization of state-owned enterprises in Vietnam

This study is based on data from the reports of the Steering Committee for Enterprise Renovation and Development, Government Decrees and the Prime Minister's Decision to analyze the status of equitization of state-owned enterprises in Viet Nam. On the basis of research results, the article proposes solutions to promote equitization of state-owned enterprises such as: improving institutions, promoting in implementation organization and implementing solutions in corporate governance, monitoring, inspection and disclosure of information.
