Study on the applicability of free water surface wetland (FWS) scale of wastewater treatment laboratory for green rest stops

Research on wastewater treatment using constructed wetlands has shown that increasing the water retention time improves water treatment efficiency. Constructed wetlands are used for many purposes: polishing conventionally treated wastewater, holding and treating storm water, treating industrial or agricultural wastewater, and treating acid mine drainage and landfill leachates.
