Study on the application of TLS for bridge deflection inspection in Vietnam

This paper presents the application of TLS for the assessment of the bearing capacity of the newly built bridges before being put into operation. The process of collecting and processing point cloud data and analyzing bridge deflection during static load testing is mentioned in the article systematically and completely.
