Supply chain finance in the management of food supply chains in developing countries: An agent based approach

For the national economy of developing countries it is crucial to increase the domestic added value in their supply chains. Especially in rural food supply chains there are mostly SMEs involved which suffer from a limited access to financial services. To overcome the challenge of financing, a multi agent system is applied.
