Synthesis and waterproofness improvement of K3AlF6:Mn4+ phosphor for warm white light emitting diodes

In this study, we synthesized K3AlF6:Mn4+ phosphor by co-precipitation method and investigated its crystal structure and photoluminescence properties . By surface modification of K3AlF6:Mn4+ using K3AlF6, the moisture resistance performance of the phosphor can be significantly improved.
