The adoption of collision risk assessment employing fuzzy evaluation method

This article introduces the collision risk evaluation system for early defining hazardous moving targets at sea based on fuzzy mathematics theory. The collision risk is reasoned by the fuzzy assessment system (FAS) constructed by expert’s experiences.
