The effect of preoperative aminophylline on the recovery profile after major pelvicabdominal surgeries: A randomized controlled double-blinded study

This study compared the effects of premedication with different doses of aminophylline on the recovery profile after general anaesthesia. Premedication with aminophylline enhanced the recovery profile after pelvic-abdominal surgeries under general anaesthesia without cardiovascular complications.
