The need for an integrated strategy for flood management to adapt with climate change in Ho Chi Minh city

Based on statistical analysis of hydrological data collected from stations scattered around Ho Chi Minh City and surroundings, the author aims to provide evidence that may explain local hydrological anomalies and points out a different aspect of the urban inundation in the city recently.
