The ownership structure of Vietnamese listed companies

This article analysis and classify ownership structure of Vietnamese Companies listed on the stock market into several types based on Ho Chi Minh Security Exchange (HOSE) data. The authors believe that the difference in management style between SOEs (state owned enterprises) and FBs (family businesses) may arise from differences in ownership structure.
