The photostimulated hall effect in a cylindrycal quantum wire with confined Electrons-optical phonons scattering

The results are numerically evaluated and graphed for a GaAs/GaAsAl CQW to shows clearly the dependence of Hall conductivity and HC on above parameters. The obtained results are very different in comparison to our previous results in the case two-dimensional system (2D) and bulk semiconductor.
