This paper was aimed at examining the significance of spirituality on organizational performance on staffs of Farmex Meyer Limited. The objective of the study was to determine the effect of spirituality on organization’s profitability and productivity. The study employed primary data (questionnaire) from respondents with the total of ninety three (93) respondents.
