Thermal and thermo-oxidative degradations of polyvinyl alcohol with 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid acting as a crosslinking

In this study, the objective was the investigation of the thermo-oxidative destruction of PVAcrosslinked-FDCA by simultaneous TGA/DTGA analysis. And the formation of ester crosslinks between PVA and FDCA was analyzed using Attenuated Total Reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR).
