Trend analysis on 13 years of halal research; Investigation on halal food research

This study attempted to investigate whether the width and depth of the halal body of knowledge were as scaled up as the halal industry was burgeoning. The aim of this study was to meet the following objectives: a. To investigate the current trends in halal research in the fields of social sciences, humanities, business and management from 2005 to the present. b. Investigate potential research gaps for future halal research in the fields of social sciences, humanities, business and management.
