Urban development adapting to water rise based on Ecological Resilience Theory: A case study of Can Tho City

This study also emphasizes the role of indigenous landscapes in flood management, helping cities to increase flood resilience, concurrently helping flood management reduces dependence on existing flood control infrastructure which is assessed to degrade riverine ecosystems.
