Working motivation of lecturers of public universities in Vietnam in the context of industry 4.0

This article introduces the current situation of lecturers in public universities in Vietnam, and the research system of university lecturers' work motivation to propose recommendations for major construction of human resource management policies in public universities in Vietnam in the context of industry 4.0.
