In this paper, the authors present a method to solve these problems. Wherein, the motion of targets is represented in the mixed coordinate system 3D base on combining PHD (Probability Hypothesis Density) and JPDA (Joint Probability Data Association). This method can track multiple targets in the most general case, that is to change the target number, system model and measurement model which is non-linear as the noise is non-Gaussian.

This paper proposes a new method to improve the three-dimensional (3D) high precision optical surface measurement using a non-contact laser focusing probe. Herein, the displacement or the profile of the tested surface can be obtained by measuring the driving voltage curve to the piezoelectric translator's (PZT) expansion distance.

Telomere dysfunction results in aneuploidy, and ongoing chromosomal abnormalities. The threedimensional (3D) nuclear organization of telomeres allows for a distinction between normal and tumor cells. On the other hand, aurora kinase genes (AURKA and AURKB) play an important role regulating the cell cycle.

This article reports initial results of fabricating a tailor-made 3D dosimeter using radiochromic material and a 3D printer. The 3D dose distribution is easily visualized and quantitated as the transparent polymers become colored after irradiation. With this technology, we propose a novel method that uses 3D dosimetry to precisely copy the shape of human organs with our 3D printed dosimeter and help provide more accurate and safe radiotherapy.

Fluorescence Nuclear Track Detectors (FNTDs) are part of a new technology developed for particle detection and applicable to personal neutron dosimetry. The objective of this study is to simulate the FNTD fast neutron response to: (i) assess and understand the performance of the existing neutron dosimeter design (Landauer Inc.) and its associated single layer track-spots analysis; and (ii) evaluate the potential information that can be obtained by the analysis of the 3D reconstructed recoil proton trajectories.

The cross-sectional research method was used to analyze the shape of the upper body of middle-aged men. The 3D anthropometric measurements data was collected from 378 different men aged 30-60 in HCMC by using the 3D Size Stream Body Scanner. Later the data was processed by statistical probability math and SPSS 25 software.

Hi-C is currently the most widely used assay to investigate the 3D organization of the genome and to study its role in gene regulation, DNA replication, and disease. However, Hi-C experiments are costly to perform and involve multiple complex experimental steps; thus, accurate methods for measuring the quality and reproducibility of Hi-C data are essential to determine whether the output should be used further in a study.

Despite clinical importance and frequent occurrence of sinus disease, little is known about the size of paranasal sinuses and their communication in ponies and small horses. To examine the shape and volume of the paranasal sinuses and evaluate the sinonasal communication, three-dimensional (3D) reconstructions of computed tomography (CT) datasets of 12 healthy adult Shetland ponies were performed and analysed.

High-throughput assays for measuring the three-dimensional (3D) configuration of DNA have provided unprecedented insights into the relationship between DNA 3D configuration and function. Data interpretation from assays such as ChIA-PET and Hi-C is challenging because the data is large and cannot be easily rendered using standard genome browsers.

Network analysis is a powerful way of modeling chromatin interactions. Assortativity is a network property used in social sciences to identify factors affecting how people establish social ties. We propose a new approach, using chromatin assortativity, to integrate the epigenomic landscape of a specific cell type with its chromatin interaction network and thus investigate which proteins or chromatin marks mediate genomic contacts.

On the other hand, without IMU the accuracy and the robustness of the creating map were reduced especially in the nonflat area. This manuscript will start the evolution of preparation for autonomous vehicles in Vietnam as well as contribute to the autonomous vehicle research society in the world.

The measurement methods using structured light have the advantage of being fast, accurate, and noncontact with the surface of the object. However, these methods have reached its limitation when measuring mechanical details with high surface gloss, due to the unpredictable reflection of incident rays after reaching to object’s surface that, consequently, leads to the simultaneous appearance of several regions with different brightness.

In this paper, the authors propose to calculate the air-gap permeance by extending the overlapped area between the stator and its corresponding rotor tooth to the position where the permeance becomes zero. To examine the validity of the proposed approach, the results are compared with the ones obtained by the method in [12] and experimental measurements.
