Telomere dysfunction results in aneuploidy, and ongoing chromosomal abnormalities. The threedimensional (3D) nuclear organization of telomeres allows for a distinction between normal and tumor cells. On the other hand, aurora kinase genes (AURKA and AURKB) play an important role regulating the cell cycle.

Organoids are a three-dimensional (3D) culture system that simulate actual organs. Therefore, tumor organoids are expected to predict precise response to chemotherapy in patients. However, to date, few studies have studied the drug responses in organoids of malignant mesothelioma (MM).

A facile hydrothermal-aided process is demonstrated to prepare an analcime 3-dimensional (3D) network using recycled aluminum foil as an aluminum source without using an organic template. The prepared material was characterized by different techniques. An electrode/electrolyte interface with a 3D network structure allows for better contact and improves the kinetics of the charge transfer.

This article reports initial results of fabricating a tailor-made 3D dosimeter using radiochromic material and a 3D printer. The 3D dose distribution is easily visualized and quantitated as the transparent polymers become colored after irradiation. With this technology, we propose a novel method that uses 3D dosimetry to precisely copy the shape of human organs with our 3D printed dosimeter and help provide more accurate and safe radiotherapy.

This paper suggests a solution to multi-connectivity deployment WSN coverage based on combining Sailfish optimizer (SFO) with the characteristic of 3D surface topography. The target area divided into mesh grids of a size to establish the multiconnectivity of every grid. The cover set constructed through the direction gradient probabilistic model and connected graph and the joint points to graph within the grid by optimizing SFO.

Hi-C is currently the most widely used assay to investigate the 3D organization of the genome and to study its role in gene regulation, DNA replication, and disease. However, Hi-C experiments are costly to perform and involve multiple complex experimental steps; thus, accurate methods for measuring the quality and reproducibility of Hi-C data are essential to determine whether the output should be used further in a study.

The organization of chromatin in the nucleus plays an essential role in gene regulation. About half of the mammalian genome comprises transposable elements. Given their repetitive nature, reads associated with these elements are generally discarded or randomly distributed among elements of the same type in genome-wide analyses.

The three-dimensional (3D) organization of chromosomes can be probed using methods like Capture-C. However, it is unclear how such population-level data relate to the organization within a single cell, and the mechanisms leading to the observed interactions are still largely obscure. We present a polymer modeling scheme based on the assumption that chromosome architecture is maintained by protein bridges, which form chromatin loops.
