This review comprises the inorganic compounds particularly metal coordinated complexes, as drugs play a relevant role in medicinal chemistry. It has been observed that copper complexes are potentially attractive as medicinal importance. In this review, the most remarkable achievements of copper complexes undertaken over the past few decades as antimicrobial, antioxidant, enzyme inhibition activity, and anti-cancer agents are discussed.

A new RP-HPLC method was developed and validated to achieve the separation and quantification of the organic explosive compounds such as pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PETN), 1-methyl-2,4,6-trinitro toluen (TNT), picric acid, 1,3,5,7-tetrazocine (HMX), cyclorimethylenetrinitramine (RDX), 2,4,6 Tri nitro phenyl methyl nitramine (Tetryl), 1-methyl-2,4-dinitro toluen (DNT), ethylene glycol dinitrate (EGDN), and trinitroglycerine (TNG) in this study.

In this study, a new copolymer, which is a combination of two chemical structure (9,10-di(furan-2-yl)anthracene and 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene was synthesized via electrochemical synthesis methods in the electrolyte medium of 0.1 M TBAPF6 / ACN solution. PEDOT homopolymer was also electrosynthesized for comparator experiments of the polymer formations in the same medium. The characterizations of polymers were achieved with general optical and electrochemical characterization techniques.

High energy demand driven by decreasing fossil fuels, and global warming because of the burning of fossil fuels necessitates the utilization of renewable and clean energy. One of these renewable energy sources is biodiesel. The increasing trend of biodiesel over the last 20 years tends to result in increasing glycerol (Gly), which is produced during the biodiesel production in 10% ratio (w/w) as a by-product. Using Gly as raw material is an alternative way to produce bio-based new products such as glycerol carbonate (GlyC).

New ligand based on p-tertbutyltetrathiacalix[4]arene blocked in 1,3-alternate conformation, was achieved via a multistep synthesis with the introduction of thiomethylpropoxy groups on the lower rim which leads to a neutral tecton. The combination of this p-tertbutyltetrathiacalix[4]arene (p-TCA-2), in 1, 3-alternate imposed conformation, with tetrahedral Ag(I)SbF6 salt, leads to the formation of neutral, new 2-D coordination network, which was structurally investigated in the solid state by X-ray diffraction methods on a single crystal.

This study described the performance of carbon nanofiber modified chitosan (CNF@CS) composite microspheres for the controlled release of the Ibrutinib (IBR) drug. The surface morphology, particle sizes, and functional group contents of the microspheres were characterized by attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), scanning electron, and optical microscopy measurements.

Weed identification helps ensure crop yield and realize precision agriculture. Although the deep learning-based methods have achieved high performance, their needed large-scale annotated data is difficult to obtain, and the massive parameters lead to difficulties in model deployment in embedded applications. To develop efficient crop weeds classification system, we propose a dissimilarity-based method to select few but representative samples and consider data diversity.
