This paper illustrates the scheme of integrating of photo-voltaic (PV) system as distributed generation to micro-grid. PV system is integrated to grid with three-level inverter and five-level cascaded H-Bridge inverter to invert the type of supply synchronized to grid. Inverter will be controlled with simple current control strategy. Results were presented for the proposed work considering cases like DG sending only active power and DG injecting both active and reactive power through three-level and five-level inverter topologies.

n recent years, renewable energy sources have greatly affected the structure and operation of power systems. Previously, grid-connected PV generators using inverters were only allowed to generate active power to ensure the utilities to adjust the voltage in the distribution grid. It is no longer optimal for system power transmission and system stability, especially when solar power sources with a capacity of hundreds of MWs having a role in regulating grid voltage. Accordingly, this paper proposes a smart inverter model of a gridconnected PV system that can regulate the reactive power.

The paper presents the study of high harmonics influence on power metering by static meters for active and reactive energy. The review and analysis of manufacturer’s documents and standards in the field of electricity meters testing was conducted and mathematical models for calculating active and reactive energy were identified.

In Lyme Borreliosis, western blot is the preferred serologic test. Antigen detection tests (antigen capture and PCR), although insensitive, are very specific and are especially helpful in evaluating the seronegative patient and those still ill or relapsing after therapy. Often, these antigen detection tests are the only positive markers of Bb infection, as seronegativity has been reported to occur in as many as 30% to 50% of cases. Nevertheless, active LB can be present even if all of these tests are non-reactive! Clinical diagnosis is therefore required.
