In this study, we investigated some conditions affecting the extraction of total carotenoids from R. mucilaginosa using environmentally friendly chemicals: cell disruption conditions with organic acids combined with ultrasound-assistant method, using ethanol and petroleum ether solvents to replace acetone in the process of extracting total carotenoids to obtain a benign product, easy to apply in food.

The purpose of our research is to determine whether the factors of mobile service quality affect customer ordering behavior when choosing to use an online food delivery app in Da Nang city. The study involved 323 interviewees, people between the ages of 18 and 35 in Da Nang. The findings in the study demonstrate that there is a correlation between the quality of mobile service and customer loyalty. Three factors that have a positive impact on customer return to order behavior are “Content, Responsiveness, and Technology Trust”.

This study has adopted a systematic approach to identify the extent to which 20 kHz ultrasound affects the particle size and solubility of different protein solutions containing 4%, 7% and 10% whey proteins, caseins or a mixture at a range of energy densities (15-400 J/mL) and various pH (4.0-9.0). Milk proteins hold a prominent place in the food industry as they are used in many manufactured products for their functionality and most importantly nutritional benefits.

Solar drying has been used since time immemorial to dry plants, seeds, fruits, meat, fish, wood, and other agricultural, forest products. The Brexit vote in the UK raised doubts and uncertainties across all of the European Union and especially the Irish agri-food sector, which exports over 41% of its products to the UK. In this study we will explain that the Brexit brings an uncertainty that affects decision making. Agri-food business owners are not completely aware of how this event can affect their business and what they can do to be prepared to face it. Through interviews we will be able to demonstrate that the Irish farmers need to be more proactive and could use some guidance.

Oropharyngeal motor dysphagia results from impairment of the voluntary effort required in bolus preparation or neuromuscular disorders affecting bolus preparation, initiation of the swallowing reflex, timely passage of food through the pharynx, and prevention of entry of food into the nasal and the laryngeal opening. Paralysis of the suprahyoid muscles leads to loss of opening of the UES and severe dysphagia. Because each side of the pharynx is innervated by ipsilateral nerves, a unilateral lesion of motor neurons leads to unilateral pharyngeal paralysis.
