Xem 1-5 trên 5 kết quả Assessment of trace metals
  • This study investigated trace essential metals (Cu, Zn and Cr) and non-essential metals (Pb, Cd and Hg) in water, sediment and tissues of water spinach, snake head fish and swamp eel from the Saigon River. Sampling was conducted from January to December 2004 at three sites. Three water and sediment samples, edible parts of twenty water spinach (Ipomea aquatica) samples (leaves and stems), twenty snake head fish (Channa striata) and twenty swamp eels (Monopterus albus) were collected at each site.

  • An analysis of the taxonomic diversity of benthic diatoms was carried out for near-shore biotopes of Crimea with different content of trace metals and organic pollutants (PCBs, PAHs, DDTs). Taxonomic distinctness indices such as average taxonomic distinctness, AvTD (Δ+) and variation in taxonomic distinctness, VarTD (Λ+) were used for evaluation of the hierarchical structure of diatom taxocenes of two intact sites (Dvuyakornaya Bay and Cape Fiolent) and two heavily polluted water areas (Sevastopol Bay and Balaklava Bay).

  • In this study, characterization of PM10 mass and its trace metals concentration at road sites in Bac Giang province located in the North of Vietnam during two different seasons has been performed. PM10 samples at 11 road sites using the high volume SIBATA HV-500R (Japan) at the flow rate of 400 L/min were collected during 10 hours (from 7:00 to 17:00) at flat low-lying plain, midland, mountain and highland areas.
