Attracting investments

Implementing the global minimum tax rate will have an impact on the investment environment in general and attracting FDI in particular. The article aims to analyze the current status of FDI attraction in Vietnam in the past year and the basic content of the Global minimum tax rate. Then, analyzing the positive impacts as well as some limitations to attract FDI when implementing global minimum tax rate in Vietnam. From there, we provide some policy suggestions to improve the investment environment in the context of global minimum tax rate implementation.

Climate change and pollution are big problems all over the world, not just in one country. Because of this, countries are starting to focus more on protecting the environment and finding ways to grow their economies in a “green” and sustainable way. As one of these countries, Vietnam is using special bonds called green bonds to help fund projects that protect the environment. This is a critical effective tool for mobilizing capital to attract investment capital from domestic and foreign investors for sustainable environmental protection projects in Vietnam.

An increase in human capital for the host country means that fewer people will fall under the poverty line and fewer will suffer from hunger. An increase in human capital can also increase the health and wellbeing of citizens. By analyzing the evident benefits of Green FDI for host countries that promoting for increasingly seeking more green investors, authors would like to suggest some recommendations for Vietnamese governments to become attractive destinations for sustainable investment.

The article discusses the prospects for the introduction of the Russian accounting practice of International financial reporting standards (IFRS), the calculation of the fair value of the biological asset of horse breeding organizations under IFRS. A number of methods of calculation of fair value, a technique based on market value and calculation based on the method of profit capitalization and money flow discounting are considered to justify the effectiveness of supply chain management.

More important findings to be reported is that the spillover effects of FDI appear to be quickly assimilated by workers in the Malaysian manufacturing industries through the "learning effect" as opposed to “technology effect” and that the fast pace is biased towards higher labour productivity. Findings from this study can help the FDI attraction policy to be carried out not only to increase Malaysian labour productivity, but most importantly to ensure the function of FDI transfer of knowledge to labour takes place, which must be based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

A study of the state of the theory of fuzzy sets shows that until recently in Russia there were almost no studies in the chemical sector of the economy and finance using fuzzy analysis and forecasting, although by that time all necessary prerequisites for modeling financial systems had been created. The current situation in Russia is characterized by a high degree of science lagging behind the requests of state and commercial supply chain management.

In article the most important directions of development of territorial branding in Russia are considered based on the supply chain management. Importance and relevance of consideration of the matter taking into account strengthening of competition between regions and need of increase in their competitiveness is shown. Author's definitions of a territorial brand and territorial branding are given. Classification of the Russian territorial brands on the basis of population, living in the respective territory, in the city or the rural settlement was carried out.

The objective of the study is to evaluate factors affecting financial inclusion in Vietnam. Through the quantitative analysis, the research results showed that attracting foreign direct investment has a positive impact on financial inclusion. However, international trade has not had a positive impact on financial inclusion. The research results also found that economic growth has a positive and significant impact on financial inclusion, but the magnitude of the impact is relatively weak.

The research paper examines the potential implications of the Global Minimum Tax on the tax regime and investment landscape in Vietnam. The study surveyed large-scale FDI companies in Vietnam and revealed the utmost concern of foreign investors on the potential application of Pillar 2 in Vietnam, which is about the prevailing incentive schemes being left inefficient. As a result, FDI attraction competitiveness might be undermined in certain aspects.

The article analyzes supply chain in investment attractiveness and capital supply chain in investments in the Russian agro-industrial complex. The authors analyze the current state of the Russian agro-industrial complex, study supply chain in investments in fixed assets in the agricultural sector, and identify the growth rates of the components of GDP production. A supply chain forecast is carried out until 2024, and the share of supply chain strategies of agriculture markets in fixed assets to gross domestic product is also forecasted.
