This research examines property university programs in Australia. It tracks the student/graduate from the beginning of the university experience to that of the early-career professional, and examines expectations of other stakeholders, concentrating on property programs offered by Australian public universities. The basis of the research is a perceived gap in the literature and practice relating to stakeholder expectations of these programs and what may reasonably be done to improve satisfaction.

Whilst the level of CQ and the factors that influence CQ have been investigated among business students, it has not been applied to the academics responsible for their education. In the context of CQ, there is a lack of knowledge regarding the capacity or preparedness of university academics to deal with the increasing phenomenon of multiculturalism in the classroom. This research addressed this gap through an examination of the level of CQ exhibited by Australian accounting academics.

The world is becoming increasingly focused on an imperative to reduce the cost of services. Managers at this cutting edge of practical organizational development are trying many ways to achieve this. The major focus of this research uses a systems psychodynamic approach to investigate the role taken up by part-time contract managers in an Australian university. These part-time roles frequently fail in the longer term. This approach provides an understanding of the unconscious group dynamics that may cause the role to fail.

The great Australian swimmer, Annette Kellerman, student at the University of Wisconsin, planted the first seed of what was to become synchronized swimming when she performed a water ballet in a glass tank in New York in 1907. Katherine Curtis, an American woman, was very inspired by the new water sport. So she tried to get synchronized swimming added to the physical education programme for female students. In 1923 she founded a water ballet club at the University of Chicago and sixty swimmers of the club attracted national and international publicity.
