Automatic modulation classification

In this paper, we propose an effective AMC using deep learning (DL) for flexible and adaptive OFDM-based optical networks. The proposed DL-based AMC is able to classify four typical modulation schemes such as binary phase-shift keying (BPSK), quadrature PSK (QPSK), 8-PSK, and 16- quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) in dynamic network conditions.

This paper investigates convolutional neural networks (CNN) to classify 26 types of signal modulation under the influence of five different fading channels and Gausian noise with SNR from -20 dB to +18 dB. Specifically, five CNN models, including ResNet18, SqueezeNet, GoogleNet, MobileNet, and RepVGG, are taken into account for a accuracy competition to discover the best one.

In the paper, we introduce a real-time hand gesture recognition method using a neural network. The underlying system is an automatic music display system which consists of three modules; feature extraction module, pattern classification module, and display control module.
