Clinical whole-genome sequencing (WGS) offers clear diagnostic benefits for patients with rare disease. However, there are barriers to its widespread adoption, including a lack of standards for clinical practice. The Medical Genome Initiative consortium was formed to provide practical guidance and support the development of standards for the use of clinical WGS.

The technology approach to business can be a solution to obtain an efficient and innovative business process. This study aims to identify the role of information and communication technology to address the various business barriers of small business run by women in rural areas in Indonesia. The results of the study show that women entrepreneurs in rural areas of Indonesia are familiar with internetbased information technology, but only a small number have used it as a supportive instrument for business development.

Over the last decade, inclusion has become a world trend in special education. In response to that trend, the Vietnamese government has adopted a progressive policy to implement inclusive education. However, it is found there are barriers of implementing inclusive education in Vietnam emerged from school teachers educational facilities, mobility and physical environment and social attitude. The management of dairy farming has been historically based on experience and the skills the farm operator has in planning and decisions made. In cases where the farm has large herds, a farming system must be in place, thereby bring an evolution in dairy management, which is datadriven. Precision technologies can bring about increased efficiency and decision making in dairy management. In the healthcare industry we have had a significant rise in the use of electronic health records (EHRs) in health care settings (e.g. hospital, clinic, physician office and home). The standard (IEEE 802.3af) specifies how to supply power to compliant devices over Ethernet LAN cabling.
