The study examines the impact of intellectual capital on the sustainable growth of food and beverage companies in Vietnam. Research data includes food and beverage enterprises listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and the Hanoi Stock Exchange for the period of 2018 - 2022. The regression analysis results show that intellectual capital has a significantly positive effect on the sustainable growth of businesses in the industry.

This research paper focuses on examining the relationship between the cash conversion cycle (CCC) and the profitability of Food and Beverage (F&B) companies in Vietnam by utilizing quantitative models. Analyzing a sample of 23 companies in the period from 2015 to 2021, the study revealsthat a reduction in the CCC positively influences profitability, as measured by the return on assets (ROA) ratio.

This paper reports on the responses of a total of 384 questionnaires from 36 manufacturing companies from the UK and Thailand. The study covers a range of manufacturing sectors including food and beverage, automotive and aerospace industries etc. Findings are reported from each of the two countries followed by a comparative statistical analysis of the similarities and differences. The results show a significant difference between the numbers of manufacturing SME’s that have implemented a formal knowledge management approach.

Kunun-zaki are locally produced beverages which of recent have become popular among the various non-alcoholic drinks in the northern part of Nigeria; Viable bacterial counts were taken before and after the addition of soymilk on MRS agar plates after incubating anaerobically at 37 °C for 48 hours. Distinct colonies were purified for identification. kunun-zaki was fortified with soymilk, and subjected to sensory tests after 48h of incubation.

Lassi is a popular traditional yogurt based drink from the Indian Subcontinent. Lassi is a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes fruits. To increase the physical acceptability of lassi, it has been fortified with betalain powder which provides reddish colour. Colour is an important parameter for sensory analysis and consumer preference. However using synthetic colour could be harmful for health. In today’s progressive world a shift from synthetic to biocolour is observed. Betalain is a biocolour extracted from beet-root (Beta vulgaris).
