The present study was undertaken to know Utilization of Reproductive Health Care Programmes by Rural Women of Bikaner District. There were six panchayat samities in Bikaner Out of which Kolayat panchayat samiti was selected randomly by chit method.

The present study was conducted in Bikaner district. There were six panchayat samities out which Kolayat panchayat samities were selected by randomly chit method. Bajju, Chandasar, Diyatra and Khari villages were selected. The present study measures utilization reproductive health care (RCH) management of rural women with a sample of 120 Pregnant and Lactating rural women.

The present study was conducted in six panchayat samitis out of which Bikaner panchayat samiti was selected. Out of thirty one Gram panchayat in Bikaner panchayat samiti four Gram panchayat were selected one village was selected on the basis of random sampling technique. Findings revealed that majority of respondents were in the category of medium level knowledge level regarding nutrition practices.

Water is a well known basic and the most important input for agricultural production. A major quantity of water is utilized for irrigation in agriculture. In traditional surface irrigation method the losses in water conveyance and application are large. These losses can be considerably reduced by farmers by adopting drip irrigation technology. Proper economization of water would be advantageous to the farmers as well as it would be helpful in bringing more land under cultivation.

The present study was conducted in Sri Dungargarh and Bikaner panchayat samities of Bikaner district of Rajasthan. Two villages were selected from each selected panchayat samiti and 20 beneficiary and the equal number of non-beneficiary respondents were selected randomly from each selected village for the study.
