  • Garden pea is an important vegetable crop due to its high protein content. Plant nutrients from single source cannot meet with optimum and sustained yield levels. Nutrients have to be supplied from different sources in an integrated manner and balanced amounts. However, information in these aspects in garden pea in Assam is lacking. Keeping in view of the above facts the research was conducted with the objective to study the effect of biofertilizer consortium, FYM, enriched compost and chemical fertilizers on sustainable production and profitability of garden pea.
