The present study was conducted in the Department of Post Graduate And Research Center and Quality control lab, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad to synthesize the nano particles from selected fruits (papaya and black grapes) and vegetables (tomato & beet root) and physico chemical characteristics of extracted nano food colours (NFCs) was assessed.

A survey based study was carried out to assess the secondary and micronutrient availability in grape orchards of Vijayapura taluka of northern Karnataka. Based on the fertilizer nutrient inputs, the grape orchards were grouped into three categories namely, low fertilizer users (n=19), medium fertilizer users (n=26) and high fertilizer users (n=15). The grape orchard soils recorded slightly to medium alkaline soil reactions.

Malwa Plateau is nontraditional area of grapes and the investigations was conducted at experimental field of AICRP on Fruits (Grapes), College of Horticulture, Mandsaur from year 2014-15 to 2017-18 for popularizing the grapes cultivating area and exploring the climatic condition of the region for coloured table grapes cultivation (hot day and cold night up to March - April with low humidity). Pulses being important source of protein and micronutrients find its place in national food security. Plant probiotic microbes play an important role in producing safe and nutritious pulses. In this work we characterized plant probiotic yeast from different sources and investigated its multifunctional activity in promoting the growth of black gram. Of the twenty isolates, two isolates one from the seeds of pomegranate (POY5) and the other one from grapes (GRY4) were selected for the study.
