The present study was undertaken to investigate the efficiency of natural printed fabric on UV protection. Arecanut slurry was powdered; sodium alginate and kokilaksha seed gums were used for the printing process. Optimization of printing recipe was done using 3 different ratios of dye sources with 0.5% combination of sodium alginate and kokilaksha seed gums. Screen printed samples were assessed for visual acceptance and colourfastness properties. Samples printed without mordant and with FeSO4 mordant using 0.

Common traditional screens (screens perpendicular and vertical to the flow direction) face extensive problems with screen blockage, which can result in adverse hydraulic, environmental, and economic consequences. Experimentally, this paper presents an advanced trash screen concept to reduce traditional screen problems and improve the hydraulic performance of screens. The traditional screen is redeveloped using a triangular V shape with circular bars in the flow direction.

The medium production came from digesters of 50 %CD + 50 %GD - 127.8 L for the one-stage and 118.4 L for the twostages. After one month, the percentage of CH4 was high enough for burning and almost giant dirt was digested that limited of a blockage inside the digesters. The results showed that cofermentation of GD and CD is an alternative for livestock raising households to produce biogas for energy purpose.
