In this study, an RS-485 protocol for Arduino boards that operate in Master-Slave networks was developed. Network operations could be carried out independently on the main thread program, and devices in the network could react quickly to information received.

This paper explores the relationship between audit committees and sustainability reporting using the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as a framework. We find that the audit committee has an additional impact on the board of directors on voluntary sustainability. Our results also show that audit committee independence is associated with the use of Big 4 audit firms for sustainability.

The importance of supply chain governance mechanism has grabbed the attention of academia due to massive corporate scandals in 21st century. The following study is aimed to investigate the supply chain governance mechanism in Iraqi corporations at first stage and develop the relationship between supply chain governance with quality of financial reporting at second stage. The sample of this study is consists of listed Iraqi companies between the time period of 2009 to 2016.
