In this study, financial performance is assessed through three indicators ROA (return of assets), ROE (return of equity), NIM (net profit margin). Based on previous domestic and foreign studies, the research has selected a suitable model for Vietnam with 08 factors affecting financial performance including bank size (SIZE), equity to total assets (CAP), operating expenses to operating income (CIR), risk provision (RISK), bank age (AGE), fixed assets to total assets (TANG), gross domestic product growth rate (GDP) and inflation rate (INF).

In this paper, the author studies the impact of capital adequacy ratio on credit performance of Vietnamese commercial banks for both growth and credit risk aspects. Evaluate in detail and compare the difference of this relationship between commercial banks with different characteristics. The growth of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods - FMCG requires businesses to be more attentive and concerned about the role of the non-financial information disclosure to meet a competitive advantage and enhance long-term development. This research identifies factors that can affect the non-financial information level of the FMCG companies listed in Vietnam Stock Market. The results show that profitability ratio, business size, independent auditing firms and the number of members of board of directors have a positive impact on the company's nonfinancial information disclosure level.

In this paper, we investigate the effect of bank capital adequacy on the economic boom-bust cycles. To investigate this effect, we use a Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium (DSGE) model with a news shock. We perform the simulation three type of shocks: a monetary shock, capital price shock with no news shock, and capital price shock with news shock. In terms of the effect of bank capital adequacy, in both the simulation of simple capital price shock, we investigate the countercyclicality of the Basel III type.

This paper aims to explore the influence of bank-specific determinants as well as economy specific variable gross domestic product (GDP) on the capital buffer in Pakistan. To investigate this relationship 30 banks sample is selected working in the Pakistan economy in the period from 2007 to 2014. Regression and Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) models were used to investigate relationships. The result suggested that I) GDP impact on buffer capital is positive.
