Bài viết tiến hành tổng hợp vật liệu MnO2/carbon aerogel (MnO2/CA) bằng phương pháp sol-gel. Hình thái của vật liệu được xác định thông qua kính hiển vi điện tử quét (SEM), cấu trúc của vật liệu được xác định thông qua phương pháp phân tích nhiễu xạ tia X (XRD) và phổ tán xạ Raman. Vật liệu MnO2/CA được tổng hợp có độ tinh khiết cao và có cấu trúc xốp sẽ tối ưu hóa khả năng dẫn truyền điện tích và ion để giảm điện trở của hệ thống, từ đó có thể ứng dụng vật liệu cho công nghệ CDI.

The valorization of shrimp wastes to develop advanced materials brings economic and environmental advantages. This paper presents a facile and eco-friendly synthesis of shrimp chitosan-derived carbon (CCS) and CCS/NiO@Ni(OH)2 (CSSN) aerogel nanocomposite for supercapacitor application, in which NiO and Ni(OH)2 nanoparticles were tightly attached to the porous surface of CCS aerogel.

In this study, TiO2/Carbon aerogel material (TiO2/CA) synthesized by the sol-gel method has improved TiO2 photocatalytic activity by trapping electrons and increasing the specific surface area. The success of material synthesis was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Nitrogen physisorption, Energy Dispersive X-Ray Analysis (EDS), and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).

Carbon aerogels prepared from resorcinol formaldehyde organic aerogels have a wide range of use due to their considerably large specific surface area. Since the applications mostly happen in wet form, e.g. in aqueous medium, NMR cryoporometry was employed to follow the porous behavior of an organic aerogel and its carbon derivative, as well as the textural changes after the pyrolysis.

Carbon aerogel được tổng hợp trong phòng thí nghiệm bằng phương pháp sấy thăng hoa và xử lý nhiệt trong môi trường khí trơ với sự kết hợp của các tác nhân NaOH và ure, lần lượt chiếm 1.5% (KL) và 14.0% (KL) trong hỗn hợp phản ứng.

The experimental results indicated that carbon aerogels obtained by using ambient pressure drying showed BET surface area, density, average pore size, total pore volumes in the range of 459.7–522.1 m2 /g, 0.167–0.629 g/cm3 , 19.45 Å, and 0.259 cm3 /g, respectively. The activation process with CO2 was influence to properties of carbon aerogels and it can improve the surface area reach about 779 m 2 /g. Thus, depending on the applications, carbon aerogels can be synthesized at different conditions.
