Casting technology

Centrifugal casting technology was developed for the application of manufacturing axial fans. In the literature, these fans were usually manufactured by injectionmolding,mechanical processing or heat pressing. The main characteristic of this molding technology allows the creation of thick and hollow blades. This characteristic of the blades gives useful advantages of the fan that cannot be achieved by conventionalmethods.

In this study, construction sequence and prediction of axial bearing capacity of M-pile on cohesive soil were introduced. M-pile analysis used with outer diameter of 318.5 mm and thickness of 12.7 mm. The analysis results show that the ultimate bearing capacity prediction of M-pilein soft clay soil considerably increase compared with bored and cast-in-place piles with the same diameter and depth thanks to multiple blades welded along the pile shaft.

This study was conducted in Karwi block of Chitrakoot district by conducting personal interview with 100 respondents which were selected through random sampling technique. There were 65 percent respondents found in middle age group and observed to be literate (67%), belonging to backward caste (70%), residing in nuclear families (63%). The maximum respondents (63 %) were having small farmers land holding and agriculture was observed as main occupations (88%). The 55 per cent respondents were found such who had family annual income Rs. 26001-79000.

The microbial ecology of an outdoor artwork gallery was evaluated using basic microbiological standardize techniques. The sculptures made up of wood, cement and cast metal had a mean heterotrophic bacterial count of; wood (3.2×104 ), cement (4.3×104 ) and metal (2.5×104 ) while the fungal count were wood (4.6×104 ), cement (2.7×104 ) and metal (1.8×104 ) colonies forming unit per milliliter of the scrapped solutions.
